Training Conference - O.D.L.E.

We are now offering four tracks
of participation at the
Ohio DeMolay - Leaders of Excellence Training Conference.

THE MEMBER'S TRACK
is the newest addition to our program.
It is designed for chapter members that are not yet Councilors. The focus includes: teamwork skills, DeMolay background, and local chapter basics. Participation in this track is a great way to get members involved and bonded to DeMolay.

THE COUNCILOR'S TRACK
is for Junior, Senior, and Master Councilors in the local Chapter. The focus is developing leadership skills, planning, and organization. This track includes many activities designed to prepare these chapter leaders for success.

THE VETERAN'S SEMINAR
is for active DeMolays who have
previously attended ODLE. This seminar is
especially designed for experienced DeMolays
and includes elements of business
and life skills training.

THE ADVISOR'S TRACK
includes first time participants
in the COUNCILOR'S Curriculum and returning participants in the VETERAN Curriculum. Additional enrichment elements are included for advisors in both tracks.

Materials will be available for participants interested in working on the Leadership Correspondence Course and the Representative DeMolay Award.
